Duocal Cheesy Meatball Subs

Makes 4 servings

  • 1 ½ cup spaghetti sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz meatballs
  • ½ cup Super Soluble Duocal Powder
  • 4 sub/hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, divided

Combine spaghetti sauce, water, Duocal, and parmesan cheese in large skillet.

Add meatballs; stir gently and evenly coat; bring to slow boil.

Reduce heat to medium and simmer 8 minutes or until meatballs are heated through.

Spoon meatball mixture equally over 4 sub rolls. 

Cover each mixture with ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese.
