Duocal Meatloaf

Makes 8 servings

• 2 lb lean ground beef
• 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
• 1 cup water
• ¼ cup Super Soluble Duocal
• 2 eggs
• ¾ cup barbecue sauce, divided

Combine all ingredients except meat and ¼ cup of barbecue sauce.

Add meat to mixture and shape into an oval loaf.  Place loaf in a glass pan.

Cover meatloaf with remaining barbecue sauce.

Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375°F
