Duocal Macaroni and Cheese 

Enjoy this mealtime classic packed with extra calories and a taste to enjoy

Makes 6 servings

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 ½ cups whole milk
  • 4 oz Velveeta® cheese product
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni noodles
  • ½ cup Super Soluble Duocal

Melt butter in large saucepan.  Add flour; mix well.  

Mix milk and Duocal together.  Gradually add mixture to butter-flour mixture. 

Add prepared cheese product and 1 ½ cups of the cheddar cheese.  Cook until melted, stirring frequently. 

Add macaroni and mix lightly to coat.  Pour mixture into 1 ½ quart casserole.  Top with remaining cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
