Duocal Frozen Hot Chocolate
Makes 4 servings
- 4 oz baking chocolate
- 1 ½ cups 2% milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 8 ice cubes
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup Super Soluble Duocal Powder
Place chocolate in microwave safe bowl in microwave for 2 minutes; stir until melted.
Place melted chocolate, ½ cup of the milk, and sugar in blender. Cover and blend until blended.
Add remaining 1 cup of milk, ice, whipped topping, and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth.
Add Duocal to chocolate mixture and stir until dissolved.
